RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIf1IT
FOR SPECIAL DISTRICTS UNDER CONTROL OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9,
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNPIENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides
that local governments must establish annual appropriations limits pursuant
to said Article, and;
l-JHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by
resolution, establish its appropriations limit far the following year at
a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the appropriations
limits for the applicable special districts to be the amounts shown on
Attachment A for fiscal year 1985-1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLUED that the appropriations limits for
special distrcits under control of the Board of Supervisors of Butte County
are established to be the amounts shown on Attachment A for fiscal year
1985-1986, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this lgthday of June 1985.
