RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE (A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE GHILD ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAMMING TO
HIGH-RISY. CHILDREN AS DEFINED IN SECTIONS 18962 & 18963
OF THE WELFARE & INSTITUTIONS CODE AS ADDED BY AB 1733)
(CHAPTER 1398, STATUTES OF 1982)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby approves the attached above-entitled agreement between
the Gounty of Butte and the State of California (Department of Social
Services) and hereby authorizes the Chairman of this Board to execute
same on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 18th day of June, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, Wheeler and
Vice Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: Nane
ABSENT: Chairman Fulton
NOT VOTING: None
