STATE OF CALIFORNEA Cx=~• '~~'~:~x~~• Resolufion No. 85-106 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0, 38 TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS ORD FERRY ROAD BRIDGE @ ANGEL SLOUGH, BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT N0, BRRS-V460(1) BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California., as follows: 1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 38 to Master Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 38 covers the construction of Ord Ferry Road Bridge @ Angel Slough, Bridge Replace- ment Project No. BRRS-V460(1), as shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 38. 2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this resolution to Program Supplement No. 38.
