RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 85-50
RELATIVE TO SCHOOL FACILITIES FEES
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors adopted
Resolution 85-40 on March 19, 7985, relative to overcrowding in the
Chico Unified School District and adopted a schedule of fees; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to modify the fee schedule attached to
Resolution 85-40 as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Exhibit "A"
of Resolution 85-40 is hereby amended, effective retroactively to the date
on which Resolution 85-40 became effective, to read as follows:
EXHIBIT '~A EE
FEE SCHEDULE
$325.00 Fee on each residential unit of four or less rooms*:
$b25.00 Fee on each residential unit of five or six rooms*.
$825.00 Fee on each residential unit of seven or more rooms*::
$125.00 Fee for each room* expansion or one room* addition
to existing residential unit.
$ -0- A use permit for a mobilehome temporarily used as a
second living unit, pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-304.
$ -0- A living unit which is replaced as a result of code
enforcement or a publicly funded rehabilitation project,
providing the number of roams or floor area is not
increased.
* Room -- Includes each roam in a residential unit except a bathroom(s):
If the number of rooms in a unit is not clearly established
by the presence of interior walls, the number of rooms will
be determined by the school district, based on the use of
designated space in the unit.
