RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPRO`7EMENT FUND
PARADISE BLUFFS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On March 29, 1983, the Board of Supervisors adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 83-47, for public improvements in
Paradise Bluffs Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State of
California.
Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in
the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the
improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fund,
would be applied in accordance with Section 1U427.1 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of
Completion was recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder
on March 25, 1984. All claims upon the improvement fund have been
paid .
1. A balance of X36,4$7.27 remains in the improvement
fund for Paradise Bluffs Assessment District No. 1, and said amount
is surplus.
2. The amount of $36,487.27 shall be applied as a credit
upon the assessments levied in Paradise Bluffs Assessment District
District No. 1, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the
Streets ,and Highways Code.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of
this resolution to the County Treasurer's office for their use in
making the credit to each assessment, as shown on Exhibit A attached

hereto and made a part hereof.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 2nd day of Jul , 1985, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, N1cLau hlin Wheeler and Tton
NOES:
Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisors Dolan
