RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE
AREA N0. 95 - COPLEY ACRES UNIT NO. 3 (STORM
DRAINAGE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2,
Chaptex 3 of the Government Code of the State of California,
Frieda Hart Martin has petitioned the Local Agency Formation
Commission for the formation of County Service Area No. 95; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the
County of Butte has approved the formation of County Service
Axea No. 95.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County
Service Area No. 95 is proposed to be established under the terms
of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte
County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for
inclusion in the county service area are described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hexeof by this reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County
Service Area No. 95 (Copley Acres Unit No. 3). The type of
extended service to be provided is storm dxainage improvement
maintenance.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay
for the above-mentioned services in County Service Area No. 95.
The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government
Code Section 25210.77(a) and the Butte County Code, Sections
21-85 thxough 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed
until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a
public hearing scheduled for the 86-87 fiscal year.
On September 17, 1985, at 10:30 a.m., a public hearing
will be held on the establishment of said area.

Supervisors on this 6th d.ay of August, 1985, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and
Chairman Fulton
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING : None
