Resolution No. 85-120
P.ESOLUTION APPROPRIATING P~IONIES TO
COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 24 - ZONE 1
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Resolution No. 75-82,
established a County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund; and
6dHEREAS, Government Code Section 25210.9c provides that a County may
appropriate any of its available monies to such fund in an amount not to exceed
X500,000; and
J,IHEREAS, said Section 25210.9c further provides that said revolving fund
shall be reimbursed from monies made available from a benefiting service area
and that no sums shall be disbursed from the revolving fund until the Board of
Supervisors has, by resolution, established a method by and term (not exceeding
five years) within which the county service area is to reimburse the revolving
fund, and specified that the service area shall also reimburse the funds for
interest at the current rate per annum received on similar types of investments,
as determined by the County Treasurer; and
4dHERERS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has determined that County
Service Area No. 24 - Zone 1 Chico/Mud Creek Drainage, requires additional funds
to cover maintenance costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors:
1. That a loan in the amount of $500.00 be disbursed from the County
Service Area Loan Revolving Fund to County Service Area No. 24 - 7_one 1 (Fund F-350).
2. The sum disbursed to the above-referenced county service area shall
be reimbursed to the County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund according to authorized
statutes.
3. The effective date of this resolution shall be June 30, 1985 to
correspond with fiscal year-end closing entries.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this Gth day
of August, 1985, by the follot~~ing vote:
