RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ESTABLISHING
OFFICE HOURS FOR TI3E PLANNING DEPARTMENT
I+IHEREAS, the Board of Supervisoxs, on August 6, 1985 ,
adopted the Butte County Budget for the Fiscal Xear 1985-86, which
reduced the Planning Department staff support; and
1+IHEREAS, the Board of Supervisoxs, in accenting the
Planning Director's recommended staff reduction, acknowledged that
the office hours must be curtailed; and
lUHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds it necessaxy that
the remaining support staff be provided with uninterrupted working
schedules.
N01+1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Department
office hours for public access will be from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
Ivionday through Friday, excepting legal holidays.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of_ Supervisors
on this 6th day of August 1985, by the following vote:
