HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-130BQARD OF SUPE'RVIS'ORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CA LIFORIVIA Resolution No. 85-1 so RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR ADMINISTRATION ANB REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that Resolution 85-99 relating to the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports has been adopted by the Board of Supervisors, and that in order to carry out the purpose of said resolution, the Board of Supervisors does hereby authorize and direct the changing of fees as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 6th day of August, 1985, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, P4cInturf, f~cLaughlin and Chairman Fulton NOES: hdane ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler NOT VOTING: None LEN ULTON, CHAIRMAN Butte County Board of Supervisors ATTEST: MARTIN J. Environmental Impact Report Administration Fee 225.00 3. Circulation of Addition Request for Proposals 150.00 4. Project Revision Fee 185.00 5. Each department which reviews a draft or final Environmental Impact Report shall keep a record of personnel time spent in review of the document. The cost of County personnel time, which shall be twice the hourly salary rate of the County employee(s) performing the review, shall be charged to the project applicant and paid in full by the applicant prior to certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report.
