RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FOR MAINTENANCE
BUTTE CREEK ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
1. Pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 66-52 adopted
April 19, 1966, the Board of Supervisors levied an assessment in the
Butte Creek Estates Assessment District for the construction of
public improvements therein.
2. Construction of the designated improvements has been
completed and there remains in the construction fund for the
assessment district a balance of $6,145.99 as of May 31, 1.985.
3. The Board of Supervisors declares this balance in the
construction fund to be surplus and directs that it be transferred
to the r-oad.? fund for the purpose of maintaining the improvements
constructed in the assessment district.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 20th day of Auaust ,~ 1985, by the following vote, to
wit:
