RESOLUTION. OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. 81-182 ESTABLISHING A CATEGORICAL
EXEMPTION FEE.
WHEREAS, on August G, 1481, the Board of Supervisors adopted
Resolution No. 81-182, which Resolution adopted Environmental Review
Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the Environmental Review
Guidelines relative to responsibility for costs of preparation of
Categorically Exemptions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors that
Resolution No. 81-182 Titled "Environmental Review Guidelines and Establishing
Filing Fees" is hereby amended to include a Categorical Exemption fee in the
amount of $110.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
this 20th day of August 1485, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInt€arf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and
Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
