RESOLUTION RESCINDING VARIDUS RESOLUTIONS OF THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONCERNING AIR POLLUTION
WHEREAS, the Air Pollution Control District now provides
for rules and regulations for air pollution control; and
WHEREAS, the Air Pollution Control District has adopted
a new .set of rules and regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that this Board hereby rescinds Board of
Supervisors Resolutions 72-3, 72-68, 72-211, 7b-1, 79-7, and 80-'59.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors

AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton
