STATE OF'CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 81-1, 81-9, 81-10, 82-57, 84-127, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IiEALTH SERVICES WHEREAS, this Board has adopted resolutions establishing fees for certain services of the Environmental Health Division; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees to reflect the current cost of performing these services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, that Resolutions 81-1, 81-9, 81-10, 82-57, and 84-127, are hereby rescinded. Refunds may be made for services not rendered. All refunds shall be less departmental costs (e.g., filing fee, plan review, inspection}. c. No refunds shall be made for renewal fees or annual operational permits. d. Claims for refunds shall be by written application, on forms provided by Butte County, of the person who paid the fee and must be made within one year of date paid. ~ * * :r FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall become effective on October 1, 1985.
