RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 39
TO MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 03-5912:RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
PAVEMENT MARKINGS AND SIGNS, PROJECT N0. HES-000$(208)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 39 to Master Agreement
No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 39
covers the installation of pavement markings and signs, Project No. HES-0005(208), as
shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 39.
2. That~Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this
resolution to Program Supplement No. 39.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 17th day of Se tember 19 85, by the following
vote:
