of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
necember 3 1985, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Bicycle Path Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the bicycle path easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said bicycle path easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being all of that certain bicycle pathway easement
lying within the boundary of Winding Creek Estates
Subdivision T22N, R1E, MDM, recorded in Book 8O,
Nfaps of Record, at Pages 74 and 75, County of Butte,
State of California, being more particularly described
as follows:
Being all of that certain bicycle pathway easement
lying within Lots 1O and 11 contiguous to the lot
line common to said Lats 1O and 11 of said subdivision.
Said map showing the bicycle pathway easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, CA.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING any existing easements and/or
rights at any time, or from time tv time, to maintain,
operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge the
existing public utility facilities and facilities

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
