NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on February 4th _. 1986, at 10:30 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held an the abandonment of the following described easement: SEWER EASEMENTS A.P. No. 42-56-18, 19, 21 & 22 Being those certain 12~-foat Sanitary Sewer Easements lying within Lots 11, 12, 14 and 15 of Pleasant Oak Subdivision as shown on the map of Pleasant Oak Subdivision recorded in Book 95 maps of record at pages 44 and 45, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: 1) Being that certain 12-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement lying 6-feet on each side of, parallel with and contiguous to the lot line common to Lots 11 and 12 of said Pleasant Oak Subdivision. 2) Being that certain 12-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement lying 6-feet on each side of, parallel with and contiguous to the lot line common to Lots 14 and 15 of said Pleasant Oak Subdivision. Said map of the Sanitary Sewer Easements to be abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 4~7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA. -2- 2. That a map showing said portion of said sanitary sewer easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. 3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highway Code.
