RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR A PORTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL WEALTH SERVICES
FOR THE TOWN OF PARADISE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has agreed
with the Town of Paradise to provide public health and general
sanitation services to the Town of Paradise with compensation to be
salely from the collection of fees for such services; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees to reflect the
current cast of performing these services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that the following fees are established far
the following Environmental Health services provided to the Town of
Paradise:
LAND USE (Pre-Application Review)
Use Permit (up to 2 hours)
Site Plan Review (up to 2 hours)
Rezone Application
General Plan Amendment
Variance
Tentative Parcel Map (1 - 4 lots)
[includes 1 - 4 planned development
lots or condominium units]
Tentative Subdivision Map
[includes planned development
lots or condominium units]
5 - 20 lots
20 or more lots (up to 7 hours)
Preliminary Subdivision Review
(up to 1.5 hours)

REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds may be made for any fee erroneously paid or collected.
2. Refunds may be made for services not rendered. All refunds
shall be less departmental costs (e.g. filing fee, plan or site
review, inspection, etc.).
3. Claims for refunds shall be by written application, on forms
provided by Butte County, of the person who paid the fee and
must be made within one year of date paid..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become
effective January 1, 1986.

this 17th day of December , 1985 by the following vote;
