AN ORDINANCE REpE.ALING .`SECTION /+~20 OF TFiE CODE
OF BUTTE COUNTY) CALIFORNIA
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte9 State
of Californiay do ordain as follows:
1p That Section 4-20 of the Code of Butte Countya
Californian is hereby repealed,,.
2, This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its passages and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage: it shall be published at least once
with the names of the Supervisors voting for or against the
same in a local newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California,.
