Resolution No. 85-203
RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES TO
COUPITY SERVICE AREA N0. 96
4lHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Resolutioh
No. 75-82, established a County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25210.9c°orovides that a County may
appropriate any of its available monies to such fund in an amount not to exceed
$500,000; and
WHEREAS, laid Section 25210.9c further provides that said revolving
fund shall be reimbursed from monies made available from a benefiting service
area and that no sums shall be disbursed from the revolving fund unti.i the
Board of-Supervisors has, 6y resolution, established a method by the term (not
exceeding five years) with%n which the county service area is to reimburse
the revolving fund, and specified that the service are also shall reimburse
the funds for interest at the current rate per annum received on similar types
of investments, as determined by th.e County Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has determined that
there is a need to provide funds to pay for unanticipated street linhting costs
in County Service Area No. 96, Silvertree Subdivision Street Li.ahting and Storm
Drainage, in fiscal year 1985-1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that:
1. That $250.00 is to be disbursed from County Service Area Loan
Revolving fund to County Service Area No. 96, Silvertree Subdivision Street
fighting and Storm Drainage District.
2. The sum disbursed to the above-referenced county service area shall
be reimbursed to the County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund according to
authorized statutes.

day of December, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton
