AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTS.'
ORDINANCE NOS. 627, 762, 779 & 805
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
1 California, do ordain as follows:
2 That Butte County Ordinance Nos. 627, 762, 779 and 805 are
hereby amended in the following particulars:

Section 3 of said ordinances are amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted subject to the secur-
5 ing of a use permit in each case:
6 3.1 "C-1" (Retail Commercial) uses may be permitted for
property having frontage on the Skyway.

3.2 "R-3" (Multiple Dwelling) uses may be permitted for
8 Lot 11 Wildwood Subdivision, Paradise, Assessor Parcel 52-11--36 as
designated by:~p,in the office of the County Assessor, first
~ Monda:y:n March 1962.
10 3.3 "R=3" (Multiple Dwelling) uses may be permitted for
Assessor Parcel Nos. 52-04-09 and 52-04-10 as designated by znap in
11 the 'office of the County Assessor, the first Monday in March 1963.
12 3.4 "C-1" (Retail Commercial) uses may be permitted for
Assessor Parcel No. 52-12-21 (Lot 12 Wildwood Subdivision) as
13 designated by map in the office of the County Assessor, the first
Monday in March 1963

3.5 "R-3" (Multiple Dwelling) uses may be permitted for
15 Assessor Parcel No. 52-05-49 as designated by map in the office of
the County Assessor the first Monday in March 1965.

Thz~ Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full
17 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before-the expiration of fifteen {15) days after
18 its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
19 it in the Paradise ost , a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
21 Butte, State of California, on this 20th day of July 1965 by the
following vote:
