1 BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 855
2 OF~INANCE FIXING PRICE FOR COUNTY ADVERTISING
3 WHEREAS, heretofore, and in accordance with Section 25484
4 of the Government Code of the State of California, the County of
5 Butte fixed the price of all county advertising by enacting Ordi~-
g nance No. 550; and
7 'yii-iEREAS, due to rising costs it is necessary that said
g prices be readjusted,
g NOtn1, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
lp Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOT~S:
11 1. That Butte County Ordinance No. 550 is hereby repealed.
12 2. That the price fixed for all county advertising, in-
13 eluding the delinquent tax list, and all legal publications, is
1~ $2.00 per column inch for eight point solid type for the first
15 Publication and $1050 per column inch far each subsequent public

I7 This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
lg passage, and before the expiration of fifteen days after its pass
lg age it shall be published with the names anti members voting for
20 and against it at least once in the CH1C0 ENTERPRISE-RECORD

g2 The foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted and passed by the
23 Board of Sup ~rvisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
24 on the 17th day of August, 1965, by the following vote:
