AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 854 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARX ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 854 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) 'T`hat Section No. 35 of said ordinance, entitled
'Recorder" is amended to read as follows:
Salary Range No. of positions Classification Title
Flat 1 County Recorder
28 1 Assistant County Recorder
23 1 Principal Clerk
20 1 Clerk III
18 1 Photostat Operator
17 3 Clerk II
2. This ordinance shall take effect thifity (30) d~~s°-
after the date of its adoption, and before the expa.rati:on cf
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall- be pub~.9:shed`with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.

County of Butte, State of California, this 14th day of September,
1965P by the following vote:
