~" ~~=~~;,~:+~ RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING t?ages
GRANT DEED AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
heretofore declared its intention to exchange that real property described in Exhibit "A~
attached hereto, for that certain real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto;
and
+dHEREAS, that said real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, is not
necessary for the public or county use; and
WHEREAS, that said real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, is
necessary for the public and county use as highway right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to exchange said property pursuant to Section 950.4
of the Streets and Highways Code and Section 25365 of the Government Code of the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
as follows:
1. That the Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto, and incorporated herein as if set forth in fu7i, for that certain real
property shown in Exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.
The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit C1 aim Deed in favor of Butte View
Recreational Club, a partnership, covering the real property described in Exhibit "A"
and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed from Butte View
Recreational Club, a partnership, in favor of the County of Butte covering that certain
real property described in Exhibit "B".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 4th day of February 1986.

Records; at Page 366; lying southerly of the south line of the
below described parcel of land; over a portion of the northwest
quarter of Section 31; Township 18 North; Range 5 Fast; M.D.M.;

A strip of land, 30.00 feet in width; over a portion of the
northwest quarter of Section 31; T 18 N, R 5 E, M.D.M., Butte
