RESOLUTION ABANDONING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte. State of California, on
k'ebruary 4 , 198:(1, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Sanitary Sewer Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the sanitary sewer easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said sanitary sewer easement
Aso abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
SEWER EASEMENTS
A.P. Na. 42-5b-18, 19, 21 & 22
Being those certain 12-foot Sanitary Sewer Easements
lying within Lots 11, 12, 14 and 15 of Pleasant Oak
Subdivision as shown on the map of Pleasant Oak
Subdivision recorded in Book 95 maps of record at pages
44 and 45, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
1) Being that certain 12-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement
lying 6-feet on each side of, parallel with and
contiguous to the lot line common to Lots 11 and
12 of said Pleasant Oak Subdivision.
2) Being that certain 12-foot Sanitary Sewer Easement
Lying 6-feet on each side of, parallel with and
contiguous to the lot line common to Lots 14 and
15 of said Pleasant Oak Subdivision.
Said map of the Sanitary Sewer Easements to be abandoned
is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of
Public Works, d~7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 4th day of February , 198, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors~Dolan, Fulton, McInturf, Wheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
