RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A FEE SCHEDULE FOR
ENVIRODi.^~ENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE
UNDERGROUND STORAGE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors provides,
in Chapter of the Butte County Code, for fees to conduct
the underground storage program; and
WHEREAS, this Board may, pursuant to Health and Safety
Code Section 510, adopt fees to cover all Environmental Health
services required pursuant to State law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors, that the following fees are established
for Environmental Health services:
UNDERGROUND STORAGE PROGRAM
Installation Permit
Fee
One Tank $114.00
Additional Tanks 19.00 each
Operational Permit (Effective for 5 years)
Number of Containers Annual Fee

Container Closure Permit
