RESOLUTION
RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION N0. 85-147,
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution estab-
lishing fees for certain services of the Environmental Health
Division; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for
performing these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors, that the Food Establishment section of
Resolution No. 85-147 is hereby rescinded.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that fees are established
for the Food Establishment Program as follows:
