STATE' OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. 86-16A RESOLUTION RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION N0. 85-147, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution estab- lishing fees for certain services of the Environmental Health Division; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for performing these services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, that the Food Establishment section of Resolution No. 85-147 is hereby rescinded. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that fees are established for the Food Establishment Program as follows: FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS Activity Fee FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PLAN REVIEW a. New $ 79. b. Remodel 40. FOOD PROGRAM - ANNUAL PERMIT a. Food Establishments Other Than Grocery Stores (includes: Restaurants, Bars, Taverns) (1) 0-49 Seating Capacity 66• (2) 50-149 Seating Capacity 106.
