RE'Si?LilTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California Highway
Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency participating in
training programs at the Academy; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office of the County of Butte desires from
time to time to participate in certain training programs sponsored and
administered by the Department of California Highway Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the Sheriff-Coroner is hereby authorized and directed to sign such training
agreements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this 19th day of February, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fu1ton,'hlcInturf, Wheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: PJone
