RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BUTTE £OUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
TO SIGN ALL CONTRACTS AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHEREAS, the -State of California has required specific
authorizations for attached signatures on contracts; and
WHEREAS, the chance for error is great in seeking specific
authorization for each contract with the state brought before the Board
of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The Chairman of the Butte County Board
of Supervisors is authorized to sign
any agreement approved by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors; and
2. The Chairman of the Butte County Board
of Supervisors is authorized to sign
all resolutions approved by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 1986 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, P1cInturf and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
NOT VOTING: None
