PROCLAPIATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of
Butte in accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Director of Civil
Disaster on the 17th day of February, 1986 and its ratification by the
Board of Supervisors on the 19th day of February, 1986 as a result of
conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property caused
by high water releases and flooding; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme
peril is now deemed to be within the control of the normal protective
services, personnel, equipment and facilities of and within said County
of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local
emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1986 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
NOT VOTING: None
