RESOLUTION APPROVING CONNAINITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION FOR 1986-87
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has held a public hearing to
consider the 1986-87 Community Development Block Grant Application.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors has
reviewed and hereby approves an application for:
$ 106,000 - Feather River Opportunity Center Repairs
434,000 - Housing Rehabilitation
60,000 - General Administration
$ 600,000 - Total
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
has reviewed and hereby agrees to comply with all assurances executed in
connection with the application and, if awarded, the grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
is hereby authorized and directed to execute the application and Statement
of Assurances and the Public Works Director is authorized and directed to
act on the county`s behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
this 4th day of March, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf and Chairman t'IcLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor ~lheeler
NOT VOTING: None
