BOARD Off` SUPERVIS'OR'S COUNT Y QF SUTT~, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No.86-32 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTTON OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 42 TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS MIDDLE HONCUT ROAD @ WPRR GRADE CROSSING N0. 4-192.6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 42 to Master Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 42 covers the installation of automatic crossing protection on Middle Honcut Road as shown on Program Supplement No. 42. 2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this resolution to Supplement No. 42. SPECIAL COVENANTS OR REMARKS 1. Tn executing this Program Supplemental Agreement the Local Agency hereby reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination Assurances" contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement for Federal-Aid Programs. 2. The Local Agency agrees the payment of Federal. funds will be limited to the Detail Estimate amounts approved by the Federal Highway Administration in the Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2), or its modification (PR-2A), and accepts any increases in Local Agency Funds as shown on the Finance or Bid Letter or its modification as prepared by the Office of Local Assistance. 3. All required pavement markings and advance warning signs shall conform to the requirements of MUTCD. 1978 and shall be placed in their proper location by the Local Agency at the time of completion of the Railroad's work. 4. The cost of maintenance of the crossing shall be as allocated by the Public Utilities Commission.
