PET1T10N TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Edward
Jasper, requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Mdy 6 , 1986, at 11:00 a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oraville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
A.P. No. 43-41-15
Being a portion of that certain 3-foot public utility
easement lying within Section 21, T22N, R1E, M.D.B. & M.
also being part of Lot 15 of Meadow Estates Unit 3,
recorded in Book 80, Maps of Record at Pages 62 through
65, County of Butte, State of California, more particu-
' larly described as follows:
A portion of that certain 3-foot public utility easement
lying easterly of, contiguous to and parallel with the
westerly lot line of said Lot 15. Commencing at the most
southerly lot corner of said Lot 15, thence N 29°16'52" W,
102.61 feet.
Said map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file at the Office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.

3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this lst day of April , 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf, Wheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
