A RESOLUTION REVISING GATE FEES PURSUANT TO THE CONTRACT FOR THE OPERATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL IN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Jesse Weigel-Richard Gross, dba Neal Road Landfill Company and
the County of Butte entered into a contract for the operation and maintenance of
the Neal Road .Sanitary Landfill on May 15, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Section 12 of the contract provides fora change in cost of doing
business whereby the compensation to the contractor shall be increased or decreased
in a percentage amount equal to two-thirds (2/3) of the net percentage change in the
consumer price index by either raising gate fees or by other compensation; and
WHEREAS, the Neal Road Landfill Company will pay for certain mandated
studies and reports which are county responsibility and will be reimbursed by
increase in gate fees in addition to the CPI increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the gate fees for the operation and maintenance of Che Neal Road Sanitary
Landfill are established as follows:

BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be effective on June 1,
1986.
