HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-048pmr~ i Q,~~• ••. ~,+ .,~: ~~ ~°.~: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS '* ~ ~~ ~'` ' *' COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA its '. ~ ~: y~~ ~' Cp~~~; ' Resolution No. 86-48 ~ii~ RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVOLVING FUND FOR THE SHERIFF-CORONER, RECORDS UNIT (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 29320 ET SEQ) WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has determined that for the efficient operation of the Sheriff-Coroner, Records Unit, the necessity has arisen for the establishment of a Revolving Fund. WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California, Sections 29320 et seq provide for the establishment of such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That there is determined to be a necessity for the estab- lishment of a revolving fund in the Sheriff-Coroner, Records Unit for the ..purpose of making change when carrying on the business o£ the Records Unit. 2. That the amount of the revolving fund shall be the sum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00). 3. That this fund is established in accordance with Sections 29329 et seq of the Government Code of the State of California, and that certified copies of the Resolution shall be transmitted to the County Auditor and the County Treasurer. 4. That the County Administrator is instructed pursuant to Section 29323 of the Government Code of the State of California, to amend by endorsement the blanket fidelity bond of the county to be conditioned, in addition to its other provisions, upon the willingness and ability of the prinicipal for whom such a fund has been established to account for and pay over the fund upon demand of the Board of Supervisors at any time. 5. The Auditor of 'the County of Butte 'is hereby autharized and directed to draw a warrant in the sum of Seventy-L'ive Dollars ($75.00) in favor of the Sheriff-Coroner of the County of Butte from the County General Fund.
