RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
1986, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and mare particularly described as follows:
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
A.P. No. 43-41-15
Being a portion of that certain 3-foot public utility
easement lying within Section 21, T22N, R1E, M.O.B. & M.
also being part of Lot 15 of Meadow Estates Unit 3,
recorded in Book 80, Maps of Record at Pages 62 through
65, County of Butte, State of Califnrnia, more particu-
larly described as follows:
A portion of that certain 3-faot public utility easement
lying easterly of, contiguous to and parallel with the
westerly lot line of said Lot 15. Commencing at the most
southerly lot corner of said Lot 15, thence N 29°16'52" W,
102.61 feet.
Said map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file at the Office of Butte County

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 6th day of May , 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
NOT VOTING: None
