RESOLUTION FOR 1986/87
COUNTY' JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been
authorized by the legfslature to review applications
for participation in the County Justice System Subven-
tion Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that all County
Justice System Subvention Program funding requests
in the County's application as approved on May 6, 1986,
will be spent for purposes set forth in Section 1806
(a) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 6th day of May, 1986, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, F4cInturf, Wheeler and Chairman hicl.aughlin
NOES : Plone
NOT VOTING: None
ABSENT: None
