DRIVE AND CRANE AVENUE
tiVHEREAS, portions of Hunter Drive and Crane Avenue axe
no longer~neeessary or requixed for xoad puxposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Stxeet and Higways Code, Section
8334, the Boaxd finds that portion of Hunter Drive .and Crane
Avenue should be summarily vacated,
NON,i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
The portion of Hunter Drive and Crane Avenue described in
attached Exhibit "A", is hereby summarily vacated and abandoned
puxsuant to Street and Highways Code Section 8334.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 20th day of
May 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, hlcInturf, tJheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None

EXHIBIT A
All of the following described easement as lying within
Parcel 1, as shown on that certain Parcel Map entitled,
"Being a division of the Northerly portion of the East
half of the East half of Section 22, Township 19 North,
Range 4 East, M.D.B. ~ M.", said Parcel Map was filed
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California, on October 12, 1979, in Book 73 of
Parcel Maps, at Page 49.
Being more particularly described as follows:
A PORTTON of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 4 East,
M.D.B. $ M., being more particularly described as follows:
A PORTION. of Parcels 1, 3, ~ 4, as shown on that map
recorded in Book 73, at page 49, Butte County Records.
A STXTY-FOOT EASEMEATT for road and drainage purposes
described as follows:
COMMENCTNG at the southwest cornex of said Parcel 3; thence
North 39°45' 00" East, 227.47 feet; thence North 0°04' 09"
West, 279.83 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline
of said easement; thence continuing North 0°04' 09" 11'est,
440.00 feet; thence South 85°33'25" East, 40.00 feet; thence
along a curve to the left with a 450.00 foot radius and a
central angle of 20°40' 04", a distance of 162.32 feet;
thence along a curve to the right with, a 350.00 foot xadius
and a central angle of 16°20' 09", a distance of 99.79 feet;
thence North $9°53' 20" East, 354.52 feet to the east line
of said Parcel 1 and the end of said centerline.
