Resolution No. 86- 74 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-68 WHICH ADOPTED IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS FOR PARCEL MAPS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE WHEREAS under the provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Codes certain standards governing sanitation, improvements fee schedules and other specific requirements were established by resolution of the Board of Supervisorsp and, WHEREASI it is necessary to revise certain fees within Resolution within 82-68~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 13.01-5, Requirement Class 5, is amended to read as follows; "Pressurized water for fire protection is available within 1000 feet of the created parcels. In lieu of bearing the cost of installing a fire hydrant(s) the developer may pay into the fire department hydrant fund. The amount paid is based on the length of the street frontage of the created parcels. The amount paid is established at $1.72 per frontage foot."
