A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVI50RS
DECLARING THE COUNTY OF BUTTE'S INTEREST
IN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD SPURLINE
BETWEEN THE OROVILLE CITY LIMITS AND OPHIR ROAD
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors as
fol l oars
1. The Board of Supervisors hereby declares that the County of Butte
has no interest in acquiring fee titre to the Southern Pacific Railroad spurline
between the Orovi1le City Limits and Ophir Road.
2. The County of Butte has na objection to Southern Pacific Railroad
Company quitclaiming whatever interest in said spurline it may have to the City
of Orovi7le, subject to existing easements of record to the County of Butte.
AASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 17::h day of June 1986 by the following vote:
