Resolution No. 8fi-90
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
PUBLIC HEALTH LABORATORY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Butte County Department of Public Health is
currently providing laboratory services to the residents~of Butte
County; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to seek r eimbursement for
services in order to continue to provide the current level of
service; and
[VHEREAS, this Board may, pursuant to Health and Safety
Code Section 510, adopt fees to cover all Public Health services
required nursuant to State law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that the following fees shall become effective on
September 1, 1986:

Supervisors this 22nd day of July , 1986,
