AND
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PUBLIC HEALTH CLINIC SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution establishing
fees for certain Public Health Clinic Services; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for performing
these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors, that Resolution No. 81-23I is he reby rescinded.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the foll owing fees shall
become effective on
Service Amount
Immunizations:
Polio $ 2.00 Per Dose
DPT (diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus) 2.00 Per Shot
Td (combined tetanus and diphtheria) 2.OO Per Shot
PdMR (measles, mumps, rubella) 2.00 Per Shot
Hib (Hemophilus influenzae Type b) 11.00 Per Shot
Yellow Fever 17.00 Per Shot
Typhoid 1.4.00 Per Shot
Cholera 11.00 Per Shot
Gamma Globulin 2.00 (Material Only)
Tuberculosis Skin Test 3.00 Per Patient
Pregnancy Counseling Visit 13.00 Per Visit
Well Child Clinic Examination Sliding Scale
(Including treatment and lab work) (Attached)
Validation of International Travel Certificates 3.00 Per Person
Venereal Disease Examination Sliding Scale
(Including treatment and lab work) (Attached)
The Health Officer or his designee shall have the
right to waive fees in the case of potential communicable
disease situations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 22nd day of July 1986,
by the following vote:

NOES: Supervisor McInturf and Chairman McLaughlin
