S~O R S '* + I `~ ~ ~ °~'~~ COUNTY'OF BUTTE, ..STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~~, . - S~ o " ~ ~ Resolution No. 86-93 ,,. , RESOLUTION RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION N0. 86-16A ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution establishing fees for certain services of the Environmental Health Division; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for performing these services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, that the Food Establishment section of Resolution No. 86-16A is hereby rescinded. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that fees are established for the Food Establishment Program as follows: FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS Activity Fee FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PLAN REVIEW a. New $ 95. b. Remodel 48. FOOD PROGRAM - ANNUAL PERMIT a. Food Establishments Other Than Grocery Stores (includes: Restaurants, Bars, Taverns) (1) 0-49 Seating Capacity 79- (2) 50-149 Seating Capacity 114. (3) 150+ Seating Capacity 152. b. Grocery Stores (includes: Markets, Retail Food Production) (1) Under 1,000 sq. ft. 61. (2) 1,000-2,999 sq. ft. 79• (3) 3,000+ sq. ft. 95. c. Food Establishment With No Food Preparation or Utensil Washing Area (includes: Liquor Store, Minimart, Gas Stations) 46. Activity Fee d.
