HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-096RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO ABANDON A RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from David Mennucci, and others, requesting the abandonment of a right-of- way utility easement; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on September 16 1986, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement: BIITTE AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY A.P. No. 31-223 and 3 1224 Being that certain 80-foot right of way known as Butte Avenue lying within Section 12, T19N, R3E, M.D.M. as shown on the Map of Thermalito recorded on Maps of Record Wall Map No. 6, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Being that certain 80-foot right of way known as Butte Avenue bounded on the north by the south line of Block 1$ of said Thermalito, bounded on the south by the north line of Block 21 of said Thermalito, bounded on the east by the west right of way line of that certain 80-foot right of way known as Fifth Street and bounded on the west by the southeasterly right of way line of that certain 100-foot right of way known as Grand Avenue. Said Map showing the right of way to be abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. 2. That a map showing said portion of said right-of-way to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. -z- 3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California ~ Streets and Highways Code.
