AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES NO,
645 AND 835 DESCRIBING A COMMERCIAL
AREA EAST OF OROVTLLE
1 The Boaxd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, do oxdain as follsws:
3 That Section 3C of Butte County Ordinance No. 835 is hereby
4 amended to read as follows:
5 SECTION 3,:C. Commercial may be permitted subject to the securing
6 f a Use Pexmit in each case and off-street parking as prescribed by
7 the Planning Commission for area at the intersection of Lower
$ yandotte Road and Uppex Palermo Road as descxibed by map on file
9 in the Office of the Butte County Planning Commission and in the
10 Office of the Butte County Clerk in Sectional Map Noo 4F.
11 This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full
12 oree and dffect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
13 its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
