HOURS FOR. THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT
IrlHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2251 provides that the Butte County Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours which
a department will be open to public business transactions; and
LJHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has accepted the Personnel
Director's recommendation to reduce the Personnel Department's office hours
open to the general public on regular business days in order to facilitate
the processing of personnel documents in an efficient and timely manner.
NOLd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Personnel Department
office hours for public access will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, Monday
through Friday, exceptfng legal holidays.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on this 5th day of August, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton and McInturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors 4lheeler and Chairman P•",c Laughlin
NOT DOTING: None
