RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the
private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and I-Iighways Code §970.5
and that on September 16 , 19 86 , at 11:00 a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject
of the proposed name change:
Existing Name _ Termini Proposed Name
Gorman Ranch Road Swedes Flat Road to End Chinese Wall Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 19th
day of August 19 86, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf and Chairman McLaughlin

ABSENT: Supervisors Fulton and Wheeler
