BUTRICK WHEREAS, Richard M. Butrick has been employed by the County Supervisors Association of California since April 198©; and WHEREAS, Richard M. Butrick's service to the County Supervisors Association of California and the California Public-Private Partnership Commission has been of outstanding value in that he has contributed generously of his time and talent to improving governmental relations and business growth for California; and WHEREAS, the Butte Gounty Board of Supervisors recognizes his many efforts and contributions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, on its on behalf and on behalf of the residents of Butte County expresses its sincere appreciation for the outstanding services of Richard M. Butrick.
