RESOLUTION ADOPTING EXPENDITURES FOR
FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEfcR 1.985-187
[~lHEREAS, the-Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California has heretofore set the time and place far hearing and fixing the
final budget as on the 22nd day of July, 1985, in the Board of Supervisors
Room in the Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California; and
6JHEP,EAS, said hearing was concluded on July 22, 1986; and
[JHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed in writing and
filed with said Board before the close of said budget hearings were considered
by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the appropriations now contained
in the proposed budget as revised by the Board at and after the public hearings
and recorded in the minutes thereof are hereby declared adopted and the various
object appropriations therein specified are as follows:
A. Appropriations for Expenditures:
1. Salaries and Employee Benefits 23,513,539
2. Services and Supplies 29,730,197
3. Other Charges 31,718,358
4. Fixed. Assets:
a. Land
b. Structures and Improvements are as specifically
set forth in the budget as finally determined
by the Board of Supervisors which is adopted by
reference herein and made a part hereof. 100,000
c. Equipment 899,071
5. Expenditure Transfers (4,776,539)

B. Appropriation for Contingencies:
1. General- Fund 332,534
2. Road Operations 425,988
3. Revenue Sharing

THAT said aforementioned appropriations hereby are finally determined
and adopted and ordered filed in the office of said Board. The foregoing
Resolution was introduced by Supervisor McInturf who moved its adoption,
seconded by Supervisor Wheeler and said Resolution was passed this 26th
day of August, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Wheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: Supervisors Dolan and Fulton
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
