HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-115 ` ~~s ~ ~~~ ~~ ~- v~• BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ~ ~ ~ ~ ,• COUNTY OF .BUTTE, STATE ©F CALEF"ORNIA 'i~~•. .. ,''P if Resolufion No. 86-115 RESOLUTION AP1ENDING RESOLUTION N0. 86-111 FIXING TAX RATES TN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-1987 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte pursuant to Constitutional and Statutory authorization did adopt Resolution No. 86-111 fixing tax rates in the County of Butte for Fiscal Year 1986-1987 on August 19, 1986; and IdHEREAS, subsequent to said adoption Lake Madrone Water District certified additional amounts to be raised as voter approved indebtedness subsequent to the adoption of said resolution, but prior to the final date of adopting such tax rates; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor pursuant to statutory authority has calculated the additional Lake Madrone tax rate to be $.304 per X100.00 of full taxable value; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that said Board does hereby amend Resolution No. 86-111 „ fixing the tax rates in the County of Butte for the Fiscal Year 1986-1987 to include the following tax rate per X100.00 of full taxable value as other voted indebtedness: Rate Lake PAadrone Water District - EDA Loan .304 .PASS AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August 1986, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, Wheeler and Chairman P1cLaughlin NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton NOT VOTING: PJone C ED McLAUGHLIN, Chairs n of the Butte ':County Board of Supervisors ATTEST: MARTTN J.
