RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors desires to refund special
district augmentation funds offered to the Board of Supervisors by the special dis-
tricts; and
WHEREAS, the circumstances under which this award was offered have
changed; and
WHEREAS, the statutory deadline for distribution of special district augmen-
tation funds has passed; and
WHEREAS, Revenue and Taxation Code §98.6 requires a resolution of the
Board of Supervisors granting any other funds to special districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors, in
accordance with Revenue and Taxation Code §98.6, distributes to special districts
$101,665 in the following manner:
